Green Building Analysis
Building Systems Analysis

When we use a Revit model as the basis for energy analysis, the energy analytical model is packaged in a gbXML file and sent to Autodesk Green Building Studio for analysis.
We can set building elements as the basis for generating the energy analytical model used for energy simulation.
Green Building Studio relies on an extensive and continually updated database of building constructions, schedules and equipment to supply the assumptions needed to perform whole building energy analysis. You can view these assumptions in the Building Assumptions and Details section of the Energy and Carbon Results for a given simulation.
LEED Tracking/Certification

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is a rating system devised by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) to evaluate the environmental performance of a building and encourage market transformation towards sustainable design.
The LEED plaque on a building is a mark of quality and achievement in green building.
Leaders across the globe have made LEED the most widely used green building rating system in the world with 1.85 million square feet of construction space certifying every day. LEED certification provides independent verification of a building or neighborhood’s green features, allowing for the design, construction, operations and maintenance of resource-efficient, high-performing, healthy, cost-effective buildings. LEED is the triple bottom line in action, benefiting people, planet and profit.
LEED for Building Design + Construction
A FRESH START TO SUSTAINABILITY.
When designing and constructing a new building, project teams have a choice: to join the movement of global leaders producing innovative buildings from the ground up…or to maintain the status quo. We’re in favor of the former. LEED for Building Design and Construction (LEED BD+C) provides a framework for building a holistic green building, giving you the chance to create a healthy, resource-efficient, cost-effective building; one that enhances the lives and experiences of everyone who walks through its doors.
LEED for Building Operations + Maintenance
WHO SAYS AN EXISTING BUILDING CAN’T LEARN NEW TRICKS?
Meet the LEED solution for existing buildings everywhere. Existing buildings hold incredible promise. Many older buildings around the world are inefficient and resource-depleting. With some keen attention to building operations, that can be turned around drastically by using LEED for Building Operations and Maintenance (LEED O+M). Consider that it can take up to 80 years to make up for the environmental impacts of demolishing an existing building and constructing a new one, even if the resulting building is extremely energy efficient. You may have heard the phrase, “The greenest building is the one already built.” We believe it, and LEED can help you achieve it.
LEED Certification Levels
Buildings can qualify for four levels of certification:
Certified 40 - 49 Points
Silver 50 - 59 Points
Gold 60 - 79 Points
Platinum 80-110 Points
